Delete Your Pujo360 Account
Pujo360 users can initiate deletion of their account and associated personal data directly inside the Android app.
How to delete your account
- Open Pujo360 and sign in to the Google account connected to your Pujo360 profile.
- Open the Profile screen.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion request.
- Complete Google re-authentication when prompted. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion.
- Keep the app open until the deletion process reports completion.
What is deleted
Where technically applicable to your account, the in-app deletion process removes your Firebase Authentication account; Pujo360 user profile and public Pujo ID records; registered notification-device records; group membership and user-group index records; group-chat public-key records; temporary chat-delivery inbox records; realtime group membership and join-proof records; uploaded profile-photo objects; and app preferences stored locally on the device.
For group content that must remain usable for other members, the deletion process may remove your membership, transfer group ownership where necessary, and redact your identity rather than deleting shared group history belonging to other participants.
Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained only when reasonably required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling or protecting other users. Any retained information is restricted to the purpose that requires it and kept only for the necessary retention period.
If you cannot access the app
The website does not operate a separate deletion API and does not pretend to delete accounts automatically. If you cannot sign in or complete the in-app process, open the existing Pujo360 support form. State that you are requesting Pujo360 account deletion, provide the email address associated with your Google sign-in, and provide only the information needed to verify ownership. Never submit your password, one-time code or authentication token.
Processing note
Automatic deletion begins after successful in-app confirmation and re-authentication. A support-assisted request may require identity verification before action can be taken. The support form is a request channel, not an automated deletion backend.
